This window in the Shanghai bazaar was a puzzler. I figured that "civilization" might mean "culture," but I didn't know what kind of culture it might be referring to—yoghurt, maybe? With the help of our guide, I worked it out to be "Promoting Traditional Chinese Cuisine."
